- Is there a contract?
- Monthly plans are month to month. The annual option bills once a year at the price of ten months.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- It's yours. You get a full export window after cancellation, and your instance's data is permanently deleted after it closes.
- When do we pay?
- After we've talked. You apply, we review and have a conversation, then you receive a secure checkout link — the setup fee is only due once onboarding begins.
